Started in 1994, Home inspection Services Plus has evolved into the premier home inspection company in Cook, Lake, Kane, DuPage, Kendall, and McHenry Counties. Our primary goal is to provide the finest, most thorough home inspection at a reasonable price. We have accomplished this by using 2 inspector teams, by extending ourselves beyond what a single inspector can perform and by operating inside a system that utilizes the latest in technology from on-site report generation to immediate emailing of all documents.
Adding to our status as the top inspection company in Northern Illinois is our own Radon and Mold testing division. We have performed over 8,000 home inspections and are a member of The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).We are also one of the largest trainers of home inspectors in the state and we utilize our unique reporting system, created by us and sold throughout the inspection community.
